James Hendrickson has excelled in the automotive field at Riedman Motors for over 3 years. He helps the customers through credit applications, financing options, test drives, demos and much more. He is a problem solver and works every day to make the best deals for our loyal customers. James has an auto body technician degree and previously worked for Pepsi.

Jeff has been a part of this dealership his whole life. His great grandfather started the company in 1926 and has passed all the way down to his generation. Dan Weeks has been with the Riedman Motors family for about a year and a half. He specializes in Jeep products, from renegade to wrangler, this man knows it all. He helps customers find the right vehicle for them. Dan previously worked for Fortune 200 & Fortune 500 companies for 25 years. He was an on the road salesman and traveled 55 thousand miles a year. He has a bachelors in Education from Ball State University. Dan cares about his customers and wants them to have the best experience when they walk through our doors.

Frank Jackson has worked for Riedman’s for a year and a half. He sells new and used cars and helps customers find the car of their dreams. He’s in charge of the product presentation sheets for the vehicles. Frank previously held the title of Sheriff of Fayette County for 8 years. He also worked for the city police for 23 years, County Commissioner for 4 years, and 2 years for County Council. He graduated from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. Frank strives to make every customer’s search for a vehicle a pleasant and fulling experience.

Trish has been part of the Riedman Motors family for over 11 years. She specializes in selling Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP). She helps customer find the warranty package that perfectly fits their vehicle. She also posts the Chrysler Statements, handles the cashier and receptionist area. Trish is a women of many talents that include customer service, assisting the office manager in their daily tasks, and overall helps anyone who is need of her expertise. She previously worked as an assistant to the owner/operator of a licensed in home day care for 9 years. Trish wants her customers to have the best possible factory backed Mopar Extended Warranty for their vehicle at the best possible price, and still keep the lights on at the dealership.

Shirley has spent 19 years at Riedman Motors. She posts car deals, balances drawer, and takes care of accounts payable and receivable. She handles the office facilities and helps out with the receptionist. Shirley is in charge of all things banking and accounting. She uses her talents to help the dealership stay up to code with vehicle inventory. She previously worked at Natco Credit Union for 5 years. Shirley has a high school diploma and focuses on accounting. Shirley encourages customers to come to her with any problem so she can help them find the answer.

Chris has worked for Riedman Motors for about 6 years. Chris is a man of many talents including scheduling service appointments, hiring and training staff, and managing work order system that includes invoice logging and generating service invoices. Chris provides customers with information they need to make an informed decision on their car repair needs. Chris previously worked at Butler Nissan in Fishers, IN. Chris earned his associates of business education from University of North Western Ohio and a diploma of automotive technology. He strives to help each person find their solutions to their problems and creating the best experience for the customer.

Pat has been with our company for 21 years. He schedules customers  and takes care of all phases of warranty. Pat can handle all matters in the service department. He worked at Conway Auto parts for 18 years previously. Pat has earned a high school diploma and then enrolled in the air force. Pat’s goal is to help everyone learn their stations so the work that is done behind the curtain is professionally done for our loyal customers.

Brady joined our team in June of 2018. He replaces transmissions, re-charges air condition systems, and diagnose and prepare suspension systems. Brady wants the customers to have the best possible service experience by using his talents to make sure every car that is worked on is safe for our loyal customers. He previously worked as a lead suspension technician at Ray Skillman GMC, and heavy line technician at Hubler Chevy in Greenwood, IN. Brady also assumed the role shop foreman at Myers Tires. He earned his associates degree in applied science for automotive technology a Ivy Tech Community College. Brady is a world class General Motors (GM) technician, and level 1 Chrysler technician.

Devin has worked at the dealership for a couple months. On a daily basis he changes oil, details cars, and helps out in the service area wherever he is needed. He previously worked at Stant, Valeo, and Mccrurary Concrete. Devin wants to help customers in any way possible so they can feel safe, clean, and happy in their brand new car.

Gary has worked for us for about 4 years. He works on cars for warranty repairs. He does it all from brakes and engines to transmissions. He previously worked for Champion in Indianapolis as a diesel technician. He has graduated from the Chrysler Academy. He is also a fully certified level 3 technician for over 20 years. Gary works hard so that each and every car is safe for our loyal customers.

Austin has worked for Riedman Motors for overall 7 years. He works on recalls and performs used cars safety inspections. Austin worked at Stant previously as line lead. He has a high school diploma and certification from trade school including WTCC. He is a level 1 Chrysler technician. Austin believes that everyone should be able to feel safe and out of harms way in their nicer, newer car.

Charlie has been a part of our team for four years. He changes oil, advises and writes repair orders, and works customer service. He is a certified writer and helps out in the parts department. Charlie has graduated from Connersville High School. He wants the best for our customers. He has a 2 year electrician certificate.

Kevin has been a part of the Riedman team for over 3 and a half years. He directs calls and works with customers to find the perfect part they need for their vehicle. Kevin regulates inventory control, and orders and sells parts. He previously worked at a Chrysler Dealership in Eaton, OH for parts and service as manager. Kevin has a ASE certification for part knowledge, and automotive trade school. He believes that everyone deserves best possible parts at the best possible price.
